Need to return or exchange? No sweat.

All orders ship in 100% recycled and curbside recyclable paper mailers which can be reused and resealed for return shipments. (We proudly source these mailers from EcoEnclose, a USA-based company known for their cutting-edge eco-friendly packing and shipping tech.)

In addition, every US order ships with a pre-paid return shipping label.

Policy Details

Refunds and exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of receipt of the product. Tracking numbers must indicate that the returned package is in transit back to us within 15 days of the request.

Refunds and exchanges are given at the discretion of Gaidama. Gaidama does not accept returns or exchanges if a garment has been washed, worn, or damaged.

If a garment is sent back in any condition unfit for resale (e.g. with deodorant marks, without original packaging, removed tags, strong smells, pet hair, etc) no refund will be given and no exchange product will be sent.

A 15% processing fee will be assessed for all refunds including the cancellations of regular orders and pre-orders. There is no fee associated with exchanges.

Accessories, Clearance items, and any other products sold as “Final Sale” may not be returned for refund or exchange.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a refund is given for an order that originally qualified for free shipping and the order total after the refund is processed is less than the free shipping threshold amount, shipping fees will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer.

Gaidama accepts international returns and exchanges but return shipping for these orders is at the customer’s expense.

How it Works

To initiate a return or exchange, please send us an email at support@gaidama.com with your order number and the details of your request.

Pack up your return items and reseal the package. Attach the pre-paid return shipping label to the outside of the mailer covering up the original shipping label. Drop the package off at any USPS post office or drop-off location.

We’ll notify you via email when your return items have been received.

If you’ve requested an exchange, we’ll send you a new tracking number when your exchange product(s) ship. If you’ve requested a refund, you’ll receive an email when your refund has been processed.

Refunds and exchanges typically take 2-5 business days to process after returned items have been received. Refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to post to your original payment method.
