These specialty men’s nogi shorts for men feature fully sublimated graphics designed exclusively for Gaidama by renowned artist Meerkatsu.

Each piece pays homage to the legendary Miyamoto Musashi, Japanese swordsman, philosopher, samurai and author of The Book of Five Rings, a text on the philosophy, practice, training, and elements of swordsmanship and martial arts. Decorating the built in compression liner, Meerkatsu delivers elaborate interpretations of the five "elements" of combat described in The Book of Five Rings colored in blues and whites inspired by traditional Japanese porcelain, or Sometsuke, as well as an animated depiction of Musashi himself, wielding two swords, as he was famous for. The exterior print of the shorts features a subtle blue and white repeating pattern, a rendition of a traditional Japanese Hannya mask, and a rendition of The Book of Five Rings logo.
