Need to return or exchange? No sweat!

Return Window

Refund and exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days from the time your order is delivered. Return packages must be shipped within 14 days thereafter. 

Terms & Conditions

You can easily submit a return for exchange, store credit, or refund through our return portal.

Store credits do not expire.

Refunds to an original form of payment incur a 15% processing fee. Gift cards are considered an original form of payment.

Products listed as "Exchange Only" are only eligible for size exchanges, not refunds. In the event that a size exchange is unavailable, Store Credit may be offered.

Products listed as “Final Sale” (including all accessories and some clearance items) may not be returned for an exchange or refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds and exchanges are given at the discretion of Gaidama. Gaidama does not accept returned products that have been washed, worn, damaged, or that are returned in any other condition unfit for immediate resale including but not limited to deodorant marks, makeup, stains, animal hair, strong smells, excessive wrinkles, or removed tags. Under such circumstances, no refund will be given and no exchange product will be sent.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund or exchange to process after your items have been received. Refunds to original payment methods may take an additional 3-5 business days to post.

Return Shipping & Packaging

If you purchased redo at checkout they will cover your return label, if not, you will be able to purchase your own return label through the portal.

All orders ship in 100% recycled and 100% thin-film recyclable poly mailers which can be reused and resealed for return shipments.

All of our mailers are proudly sourced from EcoEnclose, a USA-based company known for their cutting-edge eco-friendly packing and shipping tech.

NOTE: Sustainability is not always pretty or convenient. Please use shipping tape to secure any return packaging that was damaged in transit or during opening. If the original packaging is too damaged to salvage for return shipping, please source your own return packaging.
