Shipping policy
We strive to ship orders within 2 business days of the time the order is placed. Estimated transit times at checkout account for processing time. Under extenuating circumstances such as holidays, sale events, or other high-volume shipping periods, or due to severe weather, illness of our shipping team, or for other reasons, shipping times may be delayed and therefore affect overall transit times. While we will do our best to meet our shipping commitments, please keep in mind that shipping estimates are not guarantees. Processing and delivery times may vary.
We primarily use USPS for all shipments although we reserve the right to use other carriers as we see fit. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, packages delivered to the wrong address either by user error or by mail carrier error, or for customs fees, import fees, or other taxes associated with the delivery of international orders.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on geographical location and parcel weight. Shipping within the US and its surrounding territories for orders valued at $150 (after discounts and before any taxes are applied) qualify for free Economy shipping.
